[Feedback] Can't progress, 'Story progress' appearing everywhere

I activated the quest 'Little by little' and was killed during the encounter. Since then, I can't progress at all. Every NPC says 'Story progress'. I tried to run back to where I died during the quest but couldn't find it again.

Also, I have tried to teleport with the abyssal mushroom and when I do, my character disappear
