Mad World Age of Darkness

Is this tree in the closed beta final? I'd say right now its one of the weakest parts of the game as it really adds nothing to the game other than just stats. Even the outer edges provide no real significant boost and is just bland. I've seen other pictures of this system and it looked like it had actual notables and such.

Wondering if anyone has more information on this aspect?
