[General Discussion] Unable to redeem Gold Pack rewards

Good morning ! I'm speaking directly from Brazil :)
I bought the gold package to play and I'm doing the same, but I couldn't redeem the rewards that are said to be in the description, I was only given access to the game.
(I need help) I've already looked at the in-game email box and found nothing, I've even received quest items but none of the rewards.

Hi! You should go to "Purchase history" when in official game website (right on your nickname on header of site) and take items there
