[General Discussion] What is going on or how to lose exp and items

Hey mates!
What is going on? Yeste-rday i got dc and suddenly detected i lost 60% exp after relog. Quests were done!
Today i canceled my auction items then put em in storage. Relog to another character and......nothing. no1 legendary item in storage what i canceled before on all characters.....SO sad. how to back my items?
