Mad World Age of Darkness

When I try and log-in to the game, it will always give me the error that the file package won't open, see attachment, it doesn't matter how many times I try and relaunch the game. The issue hasn't been resolved. Also has anyone else been experiencing the map not fulling loading up or causing a patch of the map to stretch any sprites moving across it? 

I wanna enjoy this game, been waiting ever since it was still in talk, but these errors just make it difficult to try and enjoy the game.
