[General Discussion] The new one-handed melee skills are too weak

This new ability can compensate for the outbreak of one-handed melee damage. But it's too weak. Damage is not as good as an ordinary attack. Compare the tens of thousands of damage done by the Archer's random shot and the mage's frost arrow.
