Mad World Age of Darkness

i was enchanting my bow and the essences to make it higher chances of succes and also making it safe from destruction, seemed to be selected as there was no message saying my item could be destroyed . and so it got destroyed as if the essences wheren't selected. please i need a help. i spent 4k crystals on this bow. and there's literally no point for me to play anymore without it. please fix bugs such as enchanting misinformation on screen. Please return my bow
I don't have a printscreen since the item got destroyed but I'm sure the staff can check the log.
