[October 16th (Monday) MadPass Refund Notice] 

Hello, this is Mad World.

We are providing information regarding Mad Pass refunds.

On September 28th, during the Mad Pass update, the `Incubus of Conrruption` was upgraded to Legendary, making it the only 3-part costume available. Then, on October 5th, during the regular maintenance, it was changed to Unique, along with a bug notification.

However, we did not provide a clear grade definition for the Mad Pass costume in the notice on the 28th, and those who purchased it within a week assumed it to be Legendary and experienced an unpleasant change to Unique after their purchase.

Users who made their purchase within this one-week period are eligible to apply for a refund. Those who do not apply for a refund will receive 10 Phantom Sphere as compensation.

We apologize for the confusion caused by incorrect information and insufficient updates. We will do our best to ensure more stable updates and aim to make Mad World even better.

4. Compensation Details

  - If you do not apply for a refund, 10 Phantom Sphere will be distributed on October 26, 2023 (Thursday).

  - The timing of compensation may be subject to change based on the situation.
