The World Tier update has been completed. 

To unlock World Tier, you need to first complete the last quest of Chapter 5, 

'Approaching Threat,' and reach level 55.

The unlocking quest is part of the tutorial and can be received from 'Brahman' in the Solar Shadow.

  - Coordinates: 2292 : 2565
