Hello, this is Mad World. 

To maintain a stable Mad World service environment, emergency maintenance will be conducted.

Please check the following for more information, and we hope Mad World won't inconvenience you in the future.

1. Maintenance Period

  - May 2, 2024 (Thur) 17:30 ~ 18:30 (KST) - (1 hour)

2. Maintenance Servers

  - Asia, Europe, North America 

3. Maintenance Details

  - Due to the issue of Soul Stones disappearing from item options, a rollback to a previous state is scheduled before maintenance.

  - The item option change section has encountered issues and will be postponed to the next update.

  - As compensation for the maintenance and rollback, an event with a 50% increase in experience points and drop rates will be held for 24 hours starting today.

  - The compensation for maintenance and rollback will not overlap with existing hot time events.

4. Caution

  - During the maintenance period, game access and gameplay will be unavailable.

  - Please note that the maintenance may end early or be extended depending on the situation.In case the date or details of the maintenance change, we will post a follow-up announcement.

  - Please make sure to completely exit the game to safely save your data prior to the maintenance.

  - We will make an announcement on the details of the maintenance after the maintenance is complete.
