We’d like to make announcement on everything you should know to conveniently enjoy Mad World and questions you might have.

[Mad World Official Launch FAQ]

Q. How are the pre-registration nicknames applied?

A. When you complete customizing character with the account you used for pre-registration event, the nickname you chose will be automatically provided to you.

Click confirm to create character under the name you registered. In case you don’t want to create a character under the name you registered, you may delete it and enter a new nickname.

And of course, in case your character is already bound to the nickname you created, it cannot be used for other users until you reset the information you used for pre-registration event.

The pre-registered nickname will be reset if you do not use it until 23th of May, 15:00 (GMT).

Q. How many chapters can we view upon official launch?

A. During the early access stage starting from 21th of April, 15:00 (GMT), you may access up to Act 3.

Act 4 will be updated upon the official launch on 26th of April 15:00 (GMT), and Act 5 with more powerful demons raids will be made available on 4th of May.

Our goal with the game is to provide meaningful fun and value to the player in each chapter. 

There have been many improvements and new content added.

It has been a long time since we have prepared for Mad World, including those who have met Mad World for the first time.

We hope it will arrive to you and that you will enjoy it.

Q. Where can I find the items included in the Founders Pack?

Once you create a character, you may receive items through [Payback] on the page above.

World Tree’s Blessing will be provided in the form of items, and using the items will give you the benefits. These items will be available for 14 days, with 1 unit for each item for Silver Package, 2 units for Gold Package, and 4 units for Platinum Package.

◆ Among life skills, [Grace Flower] and [Connect Sticky Grass] will go through balance adjustment, and their details such as concepts and effects will be edited not long after the official launch. 

◆ For now, you are unable to raise levels for some skills.

   Among [magic] skills, “Summon Fire Doll” and “Summon Ice Doll” do not allow skill source stone melding, which will be applied correctly after the official launch.

◆ There will be a patch maintenance on 26th of April to review the issues we discovered and bring new updates on the game.
