Dear players

First, we would like to express our gratitude to all players.

As we investigated matters during maintenance, we found out the biggest cause of current errors is jumping right. We deem problems caused by jumping rights to be difficult to be resolved within short time frame, so we decided to start Alpha anew.

We will do our best to resolve the issue, and return the test service for players who patiently waited for our game. We sincerely appreciate your patience.

The changes after emergency maintenance are as follows:

1.    All characters that are created prior to the maintenance today will be deleted. 

2.    Character jumping right will be taken out. 

    3. Crystal/ phantom sphere are tied to account, hence they will stay in the accounts of users who paid for these items. 

We will give our best for more stable and complete service. .

  As a compensation and token of our gratitude, until midnight (Feb/23 24:00, Korean time), EXP gain rate and item drop rate will be doubled. (100% increase buff across the servers)
