Hello, this is Mad world.

We would like to provide an update regarding the current delay in item delivery within the game.

1. Abyss Activation and Life Activation skills

- We will make it possible for players who have not learned the Abyss Activation and Life Activation skills after clearing the tutorial to obtain these skills.

However, the feature is currently not working properly, and we are investigating the cause.

2. Not receiving MCASH when purchasing MCASH-exclusive items. (Complete)

- The issue of not receiving MCASH when purchasing has been resolved, and we have added MCASH to all affected accounts.

- Please note that MCASH has been added directly to affected accounts and no separate mail has been sent. You can confirm the added MCASH in the MCASH Shop.

3. World Tree’s Blessing phantom sphere (missing from Founders Pack) provided. (Complete)

- For purchasers of the Founder's Pack who were unable to activate the phantom sphere effect of the World Tree's Blessing, we have sent an item via mail that enables this feature.

- However, for some users who did not receive the Founder's Pack itself, the item may not have been added to their account. We will include the item when we provide the missing Founder's Pack to these users.

4. Issue with failure to display mask (obtained from CBT) on Payback fixed. (Complete)

- The issue where masks obtained during the CBT period were not appearing in the payback list has been completely resolved. You can now obtain the payback by checking your Item Purchase History.

5. Pre-registration rewards.

- We had planned to provide pre-registration rewards on May 4th, but we have identified an issue with the system mail function. We are currently working on fixing this issue, and we will provide pre-registration rewards as soon as the system mail function is restored.

6. Horse mask for partner creators.

- The related reward was also planned to be provided during the maintenance on May 4th, but due to an error with the system mail, the distribution has been delayed. We will provide the reward as soon as the system mail function is restored.

7. Missing items from the Founder's Pack. (Complete)

- We are currently investigating an issue where MCASH or items from the Founder's Pack are missing and have not been distributed. We will do our best to investigate as quickly as possible and distribute them sequentially.

[Added content for 5/6 (Sat)] If some or all of the Founders Pack components are not paid, the payback button will be reactivated.

After receiving the payback through the product purchase history, check the in-game mailbox for the Phantom Sphere in Blessing.

Additionally, we are currently discussing the provision of separate compensation, such as costumes, for many people who have experienced inconvenience due to issues related to High-egg and the delay in the delivery of founders pack.

We will provide additional notice once the delayed items have been distributed and the compensation has been confirmed.

На сколько я понимаю вы чинить игру не собираетесь? Три дня подряд у огромного количества людей нет возможности зайти в игру, т.к они находятся либо в 4, либо в 5 акте. А вам попросту насрать на своих пользователей. А главное за 3-7 дней которые мы обычные игроки не смогли зайти по вашей вине, тем самым мы не можем качаться, собирать лут, торговать и т.д. Вы со свое стороны ничего не дадите в качестве компенсации. В принципе как и в прошлые разы. Но если сравнивать с прошлыми глюками этот самый топовый. Гениальное решение сделать два канала!!! Когда и на 5 были глюки ахахахаха. Честное слово зачем выпускать игру когда она вам вообще не нужна. Люди пришли на этот проект играть и весело проводить время, а не сидеть и видеть на экране 3 дня подряд 81% загрузки и вылет в меню. Благодарю за "Компенсацию" Хотя вряд ли вы это прочитаете!

퀘스트 밀다가 지쳐서 접었는데
갈수록 가관이네 진심

요즘 어느 게임이 저격하향 패치 때리나요?
상향 평준화를 하거나, 개선을 해주지
이 게임은 그냥 하향으로 게임 할 맛 안나게 죽여버림

5장도 나왔겠다 5장 미만 솔직히 이제 거의 무쓸모 수준에
템드랍이나 보석 드랍율 보면, 이거 게임만 하라고 만든 수준인데
여기서 또 하향? 아예 드랍 안 하게끔 한다고요??
그럼 신규 유저나 중간 유저는 5장 가보@지도 못했는데 하향 때려서
무슨 하드코어 모드 게임 만드려고 하네요?
게임이 살아가려면 하향 패치가 아니라 개선 및 상향 평준화입니다

플래티넘 파운더스팩 구매 후 15일 만에 겨우 상품 받았는데.. MCASH 2500개는 또 빠져있네요.. 환불 신청했다가 물품 들어와서 신청했던 것도 취소했었는데.. 확인 후 조치 바랍니다.
