② You may choose the payment method, and the most frequently used method will be displayed on the top.

 You may also change the country of payment by clicking [more].

④ This will be visible for few selected countries, and you may enter your ZIP code or email address.

⑤ This slot displays the total payment price.

Q. What kind of payment method does Xsolla provide?

A. The type of payment found on Xsolla depends on the country.

② You may choose your country of residence or look it up.

③ You may check the payment systems provided by each country, apart from the methods displayed at the top.

Q. What should I do if my ZIP code is fewer than 5 digits?

A. Payment methods that require 5-digi ZIP code can be used only in America.

Although it would be an inconvenience, please check again your country of residence and use the payment method provided by your country. 

Q. I can’t find my country of residence on Xsolla.

A. We checked the issue of payment error for some countries.

And unfortunately, it turned out Xsolla does not provide service at some countries due to its payment terms and policies.

We tried to find ways to lift the payment restrictions, but for now there is no way to lift restrictions where Xsolla is not provided.

Still, we’re currently trying to figure out ways to use Xsolla at countries where payment is restricted.
