You will find dozens of weapons and skills in Mad World.
For main weapons, there are melee, ranged, and magical weapons. As for secondary weapons, there are shields, abyss secondary weapons, and life secondary weapons.
Main weapons are classified as either one-handed or two-handed, and they allow different skills depending on classification.
◆ Learning skills
To learn a skill, you must find a crystal stone that corresponds to the skill you wish to learn.
You may obtain skill crystal stones by taking quests.
Kill various monsters or diligently take on daily quests to obtain crystal stones as an exchange.
You may also obtain some crystal stones from the 'collector.'
◆ Light essence
Light essence is classified based on the type of weapon, from common to unique.
The enhancement stage or chance may change according to the essence class.
You may find light essence by hunting various monsters.
◆ Quickslotting skills
Press [K] to check your skill window.
In order to register your skill on quickslot, select a skill and drag it to the desired slot.
You may also quickslot a skill by right-clicking on the skill icon.
You may use a quickslotted skill by pressing the slot and clicking the spot or target to use the skill upon.
◆ Types of skills
Mad World has no class system. You may pave your own path in nurturing with various weapons and skills.
So each weapon comes with different set of skills you may learn.
You cannot use skills unavailable for your weapons, even if you save them in quickslots.
Skills provided by secondary weapons will provide more opportunities for creativity.
Shield skills will help you to survive with higher defense and a variety of debuff skills.
Also waiting are abyss skills that will prove offense is the best defense,
along with life skills that will assist both you and your mob members.
One-handed weapon skills will allow you to use shield, life, or abyss skills as well, making your battle more diverse.
Two-handed weapon skills boast high damage.
