Hello, this is Mad World.

We are currently investigating an issue where there is a significant delay in loading at 81% during login and some players are unable to access Act 4.

If you continue to wait without refreshing the loading screen at 81%, you should still be able to log in. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

81%에서 기다리면 캐릭선택 화면으로 돌아가고, 다시 접속 시도하면 25%에서 멈춤.. 25%에서 10분 이상 가디려도 안되서 새로고침해서 접속 시도하면 81%까지 갔다가 캐릭선택화면. 다시 게임시작 누르면 25%에서 멈춤. 계속 반복.. 프로그래밍 짠 메인 인력들 다 나가고, 잘 모르는 아마추어들만 남아서 굴리고 있나...무능력하고, 관리ㅈ ㅏ 또한 무책임하다.

This is not going to live long life. I've been waiting for this game for like 2 years, i was happy when you finally released it, but now im upset, hopeless and very dissapointed. Not only because of this, but also other issues. MCASH seems to be most important, doesn't matter if game needs to be fixed or not.. MORE ITEMS IN $$$ SHOP NEEDED. Even this god.dam.n shop is not working corretly, you are not receiving items u bought. A lot of people on steam forums are talking about strange extra mega charges like 1000$ or 3000$. RIP soon, what a shame.

So much for "as soon as possible" 12 hours later nobody can enter act 5 EU servers. ADD MORE CHANNELS, this game will die you dont fix these common issues each content update.

Download 81% and exit to the character selection menu, and so endlessly for the second day. Buy a founder's package and look at endless professional work, a bunch of bugs and not be able to use the service - in general, a great start and support. No one will use this service at this rate.
